- Any pictures you may have of you or your work.
- Any choices as to a preferable color scheme that you currently use as branding

- We will also require a down payment via cash, check or credit card before we begin work. This retainer will be for half of the total cost of the website and can be made right through our online payment system.

- Your e-mail service comes with a webmail interface and POP/IMAP service for use in e-mail clients and smartphones.
- Your website will come with a contact form that gets sent to your email and to your smartphone with e-mail service so you can respond right away from anywhere.
- You will get our lowest price available for your monthly web hosting and email service
Restrictions
Because we are providing this website at such a discount low price, there are some restrictions.
- Your website can only be a maximum of 4 pages. If you need more pages, please see our standard web site package.
- Your input into the actual look and design will be limited. Our billboard web sites are designed to present your site in a professional, search engine optimized format. If you need more control over the look and design of your site, please see our standard web site package.
- Any changes to your website after it goes live will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
- We require a 1 year contract for our billboard web sites.
- If you need a content management system, you will need to consider our CMS Web Site package.
